EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique has been developed by the developer Gary Craig in the 1990s.
It involves tapping specific points on the body, primarily on the head and the face, in a particular sequence.
The tapping activates 14 meridians in our energy field and the process releases negative energy blocks causing physical and emotional pain, limiting beliefs and more.

EFT is based on the following fundamental premise: “The cause of all negative emotions and beliefs is a disturbance in our body’s energy system.”

The tapping is accompanied by a certain statement called “reminder phrase”
that addresses any given issue at hand and, while tapping,
it is important to stay focused on the issue.
The “reminder phrase” does just that.
he opening part of the statement would be “Even though I have or I am (name the issue), I deeply and completely love and accept myself”.
This phrase is voiced out loudly three time while tapping the karate side of your hand and then you move onto the points on our head and face, this time only saying out loudly the actual problem part of the phrase, such as “pain in the back”, as an example.
Prior to tapping you would measure the issue on the scale from 1 to 10. The tapping includes three full cycles, after that you check again where you stand with the issue on the scale from 1 to 10. You continue addressing the issue till it is reduced to a “0”.
